Women in Leadership Development (WiLD) is on a mission to break down the gender barriers to leadership for women from all backgrounds. Our transformative 6-month programme helps women identify and amplify their unique skills to create a powerful and resonant leadership identity.
Our unique women’s leadership development programme supports senior leaders in tackling gender imbalance by helping their most talented female associates transform their inherent skills into leadership qualities. WiLD brings about tangible change across organisations, resulting in a rise in female leadership across the board.
The impact of WiLD is evident in the number of female leaders emerging within our company. These women have not only considered leadership roles but have excelled in them, contributing to the overall success and diversity of our leadership team.
Sessions are delivered in a hybrid model over 6 months and include a mixture of group workshops and individual coaching sessions with our leadership experts. This women’s leadership development programme is tailored to the individual needs of each cohort, offering an engaging learning experience.
WiLD is suitable for women from all backgrounds, but we advise that applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within their industry. To maximise peer learning while also supporting intensive coaching and mentoring, our groups are limited to a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 participants.
WiLD was developed on the foundation that true leadership is fluid. We believe that every woman has inherent qualities that can be developed into compelling leadership abilities.
The aim of this women’s leadership development programme is to bring about a change of mindset by teaching participants how to identify, embrace and enhance these skills to unleash their full potential.
We use a combination of validated psychometric testing, half-day workshops and individual coaching sessions to provide a tailored and meaningful learning experience for each participant.
At the beginning of each programme, we survey each participant to gauge sentiment around female leadership, perceived barriers, and areas for focus. At the conclusion, we consult with senior leadership on ways to shift the mindset across the company.
Graduates enjoy the benefit of the WiLD network, where they can avail of ongoing peer support and guidance as they continue on their leadership journey.
WiLD brought out a more confident side to me, pushing me to apply for a new role which I am now doing successfully.
