Pushing the Limits of Inclusion Programmes

Inclusion Theatre is an applied theatre experience offering leaders a unique perspective on inclusivity in the workplace. Participants are immersed in interactive storylines reflecting real-life scenarios of exclusion, before contemplating their own thoughts and reactions.

Developed by Kennedy Insights in collaboration with CareerVision, Inclusion Theatre offers a half-day theatre workshop with breakout sessions which allow attendees to challenge their beliefs and biases in a safe and non-judgmental space.

We aim to break the boundaries of the traditional inclusion programme by giving participants powerful first-hand experience of overt and subtle biases that exist in modern workplaces.

Organisations with a high degree of leadership focus on inclusion are 3-4 times more profitable and financially successful than their peers.

Why Theatre?

Emotional Investment

Experience for participants, making the learning more impactful.

Interactivity

Leaders are encouraged to react to the storylines in an off-the-cuff way that mirrors real life. This reveals unseen biases that are used as a benchmark for change.

Non-Judgmental Support

Inclusion Theatre is a safe space where leaders can experiment with their approach without fear of reprisal.

Actionable Insights

Attendees are encouraged to reflect on their experience to gain deeper insights that can be used as a guide going forward.

Our inclusion programme is aimed at progressive leaders who are committed to a deep change of attitude across their organisation.

Theatre workshops are suitable for groups of 30-50 individuals and are run on-site at your company. We also offer a follow-up consultation on inclusion to senior leaders within the organisation.

Organisations with inclusive cultures are twice as likely to meet or exceed financial targets, 3 times more likely to be high-performing, 6 times more likely to be innovative and agile, and 8 times more likely to achieve better business outcomes.
